Join our Lab
We are looking for prospective students who are interested in fundamental processes and mechanisms in ecology, evolution and animal behavior. We offer an opportunity to join us in our ongoing research projects but we also invite people who come up with their own ideas. We work mainly on birds and mites, but within our general research scopes we are open to exploring new areas and study systems.
The Population Ecology Lab is a young and vibrant research team. We offer a friendly environment for work and critical interaction while seeking solutions and pursuing scientific challenges. We are happy to provide support and advice to successfully raise funds and complete your project.
Students who wish to join our research group should have a solid background in ecology, be willing to learn and eager to undertake new challenges. We seek highly motivatied, passionate and creative young scientists. Some experience with data analysis, lab work or field work will come in handy.
